The Project

A contemporary villa on the shores of Lake Como, in Menaggio. The project makes the most of the exceptional lake views by opening the living spaces wide to the outside. The materials — local stone, walnut, glass — root the villa in its Italian setting. The interior design blends contemporary minimalism with Mediterranean warmth, with bespoke furniture pieces and carefully considered lighting.
